Scan and Debricked SCA service disruption

Due to a misbehaving database migration, between Tuesday, February 4th 10:40 and Thursday, February 6th 08:40 CET, scans using Debricked standalone faced disruptions and several features in the UI, such as license overrides, were not working as expected.
